Business Leader Charles Smolen

An experienced entrepreneur based in San Mateo, California, Charles Smolen has served as the president of Clear Vision Management, LLC, in Los Angeles since 2022. He manages daily operations, the company’s long-term strategy, and financial health. He excels at streamlining operations to maintain quality while achieving optimal cost efficiency. Charles Smolen also manages several additional responsibilities, including cross-departmental communications, oversight of key performance indicators, staff performance analysis, and human resources.

Beyond his work at Clear Vision Management, Charles Smolen is an active member of both the Bay Area and Los Angeles communities.
